1.General provisions
1.1. The seller, whose goods are sold on the website www.pokecentras.lt, in accordance with these Rules, is responsible for the execution of the order submitted by the Buyer. Pursuant to these Rules, a purchase and sale agreement for the relevant product is concluded with the Buyer, which contains the details of both parties.
1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules. The Rules approved in this way are a legal document binding on the Parties, which determine the rights and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller: 1) conditions of purchase of goods and payment for them 2) order of delivery of goods 3) order of return of goods.
1.3. The contract is considered to be concluded when the buyer enters his personal data (name, delivery address and payment method) in the pokecentras.lt electronic store and clicks "Pay" in full.
1.4. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the rules at any time, taking into account the requirements of legal acts. The buyer is informed about changes in the rules by e-mail. on the store's website or by e-mail. When the buyer is shopping by e-mail In the pokecentras.lt store, the Rules valid at the time of placing the order apply.
2.Protection of personal data
2.1. When ordering goods by e-mail, the buyer pokecentras.lt must provide the necessary data for the fulfillment of the order: name, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address.
2.2. The seller confirms that the data provided by the buyer will be included in the e-mail of the purchase and sale of goods. for the purposes of pokecentras.lt. The Seller undertakes not to disclose information to third parties, with the exception of the Seller's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other legal cases, any personal data of the Buyer may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3. By agreeing to the Buyer's personal data being processed in the Seller's e-mail for the sale of goods and services. for the purpose, the Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer e-mail address and phone number would be sent informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods.
3. Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods by e-mail. devices pokecentras.lt in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or other legal acts.
3.2. The buyer has the right to enter into a contract for the purchase and sale of goods purchased in the e-store and to notify the Seller in writing no later than 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods.
3.3. The buyer, using Pokecentras.lt, must fulfill his obligations, comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the rules of use of Pokecentras.lt, other conditions clearly indicated by Pokecentras.lt, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.4. The buyer must provide full, complete and correct information in the billing form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, "Pokecenter" has the full right to cancel the Buyer's registration. In the event of a change in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must inform the Seller.
4. Seller's Rights and Obligations
4.1. If the Buyer tries to harm or harms the stable operation of the e-store or there is reason to believe that the Buyer is engaged in illegal activities, i.e. materially violates these Rules, the Seller shall, without prior notice, have
the right to terminate valid sales contracts.
4.2. In the event of ambiguities regarding the information provided in the order, Pokecentras.lt has the right to contact the Buyer only with the details specified in the order. In this case, the term of delivery of the goods starts counting from the days of contact with the Buyers.
4.3 The Buyer's order may be canceled if: I) if the Seller fails to agree with the Buyer within 2 (two) working days from the start of the order submission or II) if the Buyer does not provide the Seller with the requested information within the deadline specified by the Seller.
4.4. The seller undertakes to fulfill the order within 2-5 working days from the date of its submission (weekends and public holidays are not counted). If the buyer chooses payment by bank transfer, the deadline for order fulfillment starts counting from the receipt of funds to the days of the Seller's account. The Seller must inform the Buyer about the late order fulfillment deadline by calling or e-mailing the Buyer by the end of the order fulfillment deadline stipulated in the Rules.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal information, which was stored using Pokecentras.lt services.
5. Product prices, payment procedures and terminals
5.1. The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways: 1) using electronic banking (Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiauliai bankas. Payments are processed by the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform) 2) Bank transfer.
5.2. In the pokecentras.lt online store, the buyer can shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. per day.
5.3. The prices of goods on Pokecentras.lt are indicated in euros, including the amount of VAT and other taxes in force at the time.
5.4. Buyer's order must be paid for within 48 hours. (weekends and public holidays are not counted). The order starts to be executed after receiving the payment for the product. If payment is not received, the order is cancelled.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. When ordering goods in the pokecentras.lt e-store, the buyer can choose the place of delivery of the goods. The goods are delivered to the buyer's closest DPD post office.
6.2. The price of delivery to the Buyer's preferred address is EUR 2.99 including VAT in Lithuania and may differ depending on the country of the buyer.
6.3. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact and correct place of delivery of the goods and to pick them up at the address himself. When accepting goods, it is necessary to present a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport or new driver's license).
6.4. Products are sent to Buyers within 2-5 working days after payment confirmation. If the deadline for sending the goods is expected to be longer, then the Buyer is officially informed.
6.5. During the acceptance of the goods, the Buyer must check the goods together with the Seller or the courier. If the condition of the goods is not suitable, it is necessary to draw up a free-form act of violation of the goods, which both parties must confirm with their signatures. In such a case, the buyer must inform the Seller about the fact of filling out the violation deed within 2 working days from the registration of the deed of violation.
6.6. The ordered goods must be collected no later than three working days after the courier has informed the Buyer by e-mail or SMS message that the goods can be collected.
7. Product quality, guarantees
7.1. The characteristics of each product sold in the e-store are indicated in the specification, in case of uncertainty regarding the characteristics of the products, additional information is provided by e-mailing info@pokecentras.lt.
7.2. The seller provides a 14-day return guarantee if the contents have not been damaged or disclosed.
7.3. The document confirming the guarantee is an invoice or other document confirming the purchase (cheque, credit agreement).
7.4. Pokecentras.lt is not responsible for the fact that the goods sold may differ in shape, size, color or other parameters not specified here. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are exemplary.
8. Pokecentras.lt applies marketing tools
8.1. The seller can initiate various promotions or games on Pokecentras.lt at his discretion.
8.2. The seller has the right to modify the conditions of the promotion without notice, as well as to reduce the duration of the promotion or to terminate it.
8.3. All communications related to the purchase of goods are sent to the Purchaser's purchase form indicating the e-mail address or phone numbers.
8.4. In order to buy problems with Pokecentras.lt employees, the buyer sends questions to the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section.
8.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive confirmation or information letters due to: I) Incorrectly specified e-mail address. II) Inefficiency of e-mail. III) Entry of e-mails into the Spam directory.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. Relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
