      1. Return Policy


1.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.2. Our buyers have the right to purchase a contract of purchase and sale of goods within 14 days from the moment of delivery or collection of the goods.

1.3. Return shipping costs for returned quality items must be borne by the buyer.

1.4. The product can be returned only if the product has not been used and is in the same condition as when it was delivered. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, in the same set as the Buyer received it, as well as intact labels, untorn protective film.

1.5. The buyer himself assumes full responsibility for the complete set of the returned goods. The seller has the right not to accept the returned product if it is not fully assembled.

1.6. When submitting a request for the return of a damaged product, the buyer must describe the received product, provide a photo, the damaged product location is clearly visible and the order number.

1.7. Upon delivery of the wrong or defective product, the Seller undertakes to: 1) replace the required product with the required product or 2) if the required product is not available, the full price of the product will be returned to the Buyer, and shipping costs will be covered.

1.8. Damaged goods can only be returned if the goods have not been used and are in the same condition as when they were delivered. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, in the same set as the Buyer received it, as well as intact labels, untorn protective film.

1.9. If the Buyer returns the product purchased with a discount, the amount paid is returned with the valid discount.

1.10. We will return the money no later than within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Your refund will be processed in the same way that the order was paid for, without additional refund fees.

1.11. We are not responsible for product damage that occurs when returning items. Therefore, we suggest choosing a secure shipping service provider. We will not be able to issue a refund if you do not provide a receipt for the purchase of the goods or a receipt for the delivery of the goods.

     2.Non-returnable items


2.1 If the card packages were opened or otherwise damaged by the Buyer and the contents were seen, the goods are not non-returnable.

2.2 If any part of the goods has been damaged, the goods are not non-returnable.

      3. Final Provisions


3.1. These Goods Return Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved according to the procedure established by the LR.
